How to avoid legal issues with your next big project

There’s been a lot of confusion in recent years about how to handle environmental litigation in the face of global warming.

While some climate skeptics have argued that environmental lawyers should simply avoid lawsuits in the first place, others say that lawyers should fight the suits as aggressively as possible to avoid costly settlements and litigation.

We’ve covered the law and ethics of climate litigation in depth before, so I wanted to look into what climate lawyers have to say about how they might handle the new climate cases.

I’m going to be using my own experience as a lawyer in the environmental justice field to help explain what you need to know.
